The Badger and The Cowboy are the nicknames of Bernard Hinault and Greg LeMond respectively. During the Tours of 1985 and 1986 they fought a fierce battle for the yellow. Although they were teammates, they were also each other's most formidable opponents, one time giving up everything for each other's victory and the other time seeming to stab each other in the back.
