Squeezy Energy Drink Basic Formula is an innovative and modular sports drink as a base. You can add flavors, fruit juices or syrups as required to create your own personal energy drink. But even without additional flavors , Basic Formula tastes very good and light with a subtle citrus note. Developed for maximum stomach tolerance under (high) physical exertion, this modern and isotonic formula without fructose, lactose and gluten offers reliable energy based on a multi-stage carbohydrate mixture to maintain performance.

The energy supply is almost immediate thanks to fast carbohydrates and remains constant for up to 20 minutes thanks to slowly absorbing carbohydrates per drinking ration (250 ml).

With the added minerals sodium and potassium, Squeezy Energy Drink effectively replaces the minerals lost through sweat. The low osmolarity of Squeezy Energy Drinks leads to rapid absorption and usability in the body. Ideal even at high temperatures.

Ideal for: Endurance sports with high energy requirements (cycling, running, triathlon, cross-country skiing, etc.) in all seasons.

Flavor: Neutral, refreshing with a slight sweetness. Can be freely combined with juices, syrups, freshly squeezed fruit and flavors.

Note: Without colorants, artificial flavors and preservatives. Highly soluble in water and quick to prepare. Free from animal ingredients, therefore suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Recommended intake Energy Drink Basic Formula:

The product is designed for use BEFORE, DURING and AFTER exercise. You can recognize this on the label of our products in each case by the BDA infographic.

The individual need for energy is different for each athlete and depends on many factors:

  • Average carbohydrate requirement of an athlete in the basic endurance range 1 and 2
  • physical requirements (age, weight, height, gender)
  • Condition of the route (altitude profile and surface)
  • Sport
  • individual performance and intensity (GA1 / GA2)

GA1 = Basic Endurance 1: Training is completed at a heart rate of about 60-70% of max. heart rate. 30-40g carbohydrates / hour.

GA2 = Basic endurance 2: Training/competition is completed with a heart rate of approx. 70 to 80 % of the max. heart rate. 40-80g carbohydrates / hour.


We recommend 750ml of ready drink per hour during sports. Depending on the mixing ratio, this corresponds to a carbohydrate rate of 45 - 56 g.

Dosage: dissolve 4-5 tablespoons  (50g) in 750ml of water.

Recommended drink intake per hour: up to 250 ml every 20 minutes. On particularly hot days with high sweat loss (salt loss), we also recommend the Squeezy Salt Tabs.

After training / competition and if necessary, we recommend to drink 500 ml of drink promptly.
